This piece in a way, is an explanation of all of my lines.
The looking glass here simply represents the act of looking, paying attention, focus, etc...
The face represents what I imagine you and I; "the viewer" to be... while somewhere in the back of your mind, you can hear the purpose of these lines.. and a smile is brought to the surface.
I hope you enjoy this one.
I think it has a really fun, playful feeling to it, yet an important message.
I believe it was done in pencil first then inked with blue pen.
Added border and transfered ink over blank white layer in photoshop.
fyi, will be making corrections to crooked lines that are supposed to be level, and painting this in ps cs some time down the road along with all the other masses of lines in my gallery.
I really like this! I love the way that the two faces (if I am looking at it right) share the same eye. This is marvelous just without color, I cannot wait to see it when you are completely finished.
