I've been slowly developing this during downtime up at work for about the past month or two.
Finally finished inking it today. It's a lil messy but it's just a start to what will eventually be a huge digital painting which is my second comissioned piece for the same woman that I did "Possible" for.
I know it's very busy but I was planning on making the bone structure of the wings almost the same color as the bg in the end so it will be much more subtle. I will be adding somewhat transparent feathers all over the bone structure digitally.
If your interested in knowing the planned color scheme, the guitar will be blue, the bg red, the bone structre will be another shade of red, and possibly mixed with a tannish bone color. White, transparent feathers will be added.
Planning on throwing in some purple and other colors. But she just wants it very VIBRANT
so here we go. Finally finished the lines. Now it's time to get to digitally painting this baby!
Prints will be available upon completion after she gets her copy.

good idea here i can get the just of the guitar being like the spine sorta thing and the wings flying out and really its not all that busy to me
i love this.to me it shows the freedom of the guitar, fantastic flow. it is a bit chaotic at the moment but the colours you have listed will make it look even better.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
